I've been passionate about chocolate ever since I was a child. Back then, my grandmother gave me a small chocolate maker, allowing me to create my first pralines and spread chocolate everywhere!

Since then, this passion has never left me, and I collaborated with renowned names in Belgian chocolate for nearly 15 years.

I brought my passion to life by selling in renowned Brussels establishments. Then, after all those years, I thought: what if I made them myself? After all, as a kid, I was already delighting my family with my creations.

Today, I create every single praline and treat by hand in my workshop-boutique in Temploux. Everything is designed, thought through, tested, and finally crafted to be sold in-store. I am committed to sharing my passion with you through my pralines, which I intentionally make smaller, more aesthetic, and with flavors that break away from the ordinary.
